The nature of ceramic is, of course, breakable. But if handled with care, your purchase can become an heirloom to be enjoyed for many years to come. All our pieces are handmade to order using porcelain and custom glazes formulated and mixed in house. Hand-painted 22-karat gold details and a sophisticated palette accent minimalist vessels for a timeless look that will endure ever-shifting trends.

Our line is food safe and made for daily use. Pieces with hand-painted gold luster should be and hand washed for longevity and not put through a dishwasher nor the microwave.

We have limited number of pieces on hand ready to ship. Most orders ship within 3 business days, but if we have to start from scratch, we will be in touch to let you know. Please plan ahead and allow 2-3 weeks for making, firing and packing. If you have a specific date or special occasion that you need something by, please email us to make sure we can meet your timeframe. If you are interested in a larger order or custom work, please contact us for more information.

returns

There are no returns or cancellations except for work that arrives damaged. If this is the case, please send documentation within a 5 business days and we will send a replacement.

Promotions and discounts

We occasionally send out promotions to our subscribers such as a percentage off your purchase or free shipping. Promo codes must be used when you place your order and cannot be retroactively applied. Promotions and discounts are also one-per-order and cannot be combined. If you are not receiving these but are signed up for our mailing list, chances are your email server has filtered us into a promotions / spam folder…please check your spam folder and let us know if you don’t find it.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you are local to Western Massachusetts, please contact us before placing your order for Local Pick-Up options. We’d love to save you the extra money as well as the carbon footprint of unnecessary shipping and packaging.
